First, let us thank you for choosing Klassic Specialties as your source for your imaging and media supplies. We have an extensive line of products and will always be adding new items to our line.

  • VISA, and MasterCard cards are accepted at the time of the order.
  • Upon credit approval, terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice.
  • A credit line can be established by completing the Customer Application, and supplying a copy of your resale certificate.
  • No shipments will be made to accounts that are ten (10) days past due or over their credit limit.
  • There will be a $10.00 charge for any check returned for insufficient funds.

  • We do not accept COD orders.

Product Returns

Requests for returns resulting from Klassic Specialties errors must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

Requests for non-defective returns must be made no later than 30 days from invoice date. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must accompany all returns and is valid for 30 days. Any package received without an RMA number will be refused.

All non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We will pay the freight for return of defective product. If the product is not defective and/or the cartridge (s) received are not ours, you will be charged for the freight. Any defective product being returned must be marked on the box the cartridge is in. Defective cartridges must be in a cartridge box to prevent further damage.

Credit will not be given until the product in question has been received back by Klassic Specialties.

Klassic Specialties warrants our entire product to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship.

Klassic Specialties products are produced to the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Klassic Specialties also warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our laser cartridges, inkjet cartridges, media, refill kits, will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printer. If a defect in a Klassic Specialties product causes a printer to fail, Klassic Specialties will reimburse the customer the full amount for all the service and repair of the printer. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in the Klassic Specialties product, including a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the company’s field sales or service representative.

Klassic Specialties liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The tampering of any Klassic Specialties product by any person/s other than an Klassic Specialties representative voids all warranties and releases Klassic Specialties liability as stated above.

Klassic Specialties voids this warranty on laser products that is more than 1 year old from the original purchase date. On all defective product, please call your Klassic Specialties representative first so that proper measures can be taken to assure you full credit.

For all claims of defective product purchased from Klassic Specialties, the customer must notify one of the Klassic Specialties customer representatives to obtain a RMA number, prior to product return.

Your Consumer Rights

If a printer service person tells you that using an alternative brand of cartridge will void your warranty or that you will be charged for service because you’re not using the OEM products……..

It is illegal for a printer manufacturer to require you to use any particular brand of supplies. An OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cannot void your warranty unless they can conclusively prove that other brands of supplies will damage the machine. To enforce a policy such as this is in direct violation of the Sherman & Clayton Antitrust Acts.

Don’t be afraid to show this statement to any service person or OEM representative who threatens your right to choose your own supply source. Klassic Specialties products are 100% guaranteed to perform to your complete satisfaction. We warrant the quality of all of our products.
